1. Who we are
Lyrin is an independent interactive reading project. For any privacy question, contact gatien@lyrin.fr.
2. What we collect
Account data (your email and display name), gameplay data (your playthroughs, choices, and progress), and, for authors, the manuscripts and book material you upload. We also keep basic technical logs to operate and debug the service.
3. Why we use it
To run your account, save your stories, improve narration quality, and operate the platform. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not show third-party advertising.
4. Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers, including Supabase (database and auth) hosted in the European Union. Narration is generated through the Anthropic API: gameplay text is sent there to produce the story and is not used to train models without consent.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Removing a session purges its heavy content. To delete your account entirely, contact us and we will action it.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Authors' works
Manuscripts you upload are used solely to build and run your interactive book on Lyrin. They remain yours, and we delete them on request.
8. Changes
We will update this policy as the product grows and signal material changes in the app.
